Delivery will be within two weeks for garments bought on this website (in stock, off-the shelf items) without branding.

Delivery will be within three weeks for garments bought on this website (in stock, off-the shelf items) with embroidered or printed branding. Complex branding might add a few days.

Manufacturing of custom designs, with embroidered or printed branding, will take 5-7 weeks, depending on the time of the year and the quantity ordered.

Embroidered branding on clothing is costed per the number of stitches used to create the design, and can consist of up to six different colours.

The more dense and larger the embroidery, the more expensive the design will be.

The number of colours does not affect the embroidery price.

The setup cost for an embroidery design is a once-off expense. Should there be an alteration at a later stage, only a small editing cost applies.

Cotton is natural and thus popular, but associated with colour-fading – especially when exposed to perspiration and sun.

We thus cannot guarantee the colourfastness of cotton garments, and recommend the more durable and cost-effective polycotton garments for service staff uniforms.

The choice of fabric is important, as workwear needs to be durable, while looking good all day.

For tops we offer 160 gm polycotton for warmer climates, and the thicker 200 gm polycotton twill for more moderate climates.

African Tusk Clothing is not BEE registered, but mentoring Afri Uniform & Chef, which has a Level 2 BEE rating.

Correctly ordered and delivered garments cannot be returned. Any faulty items will be refunded.
