We have a simple returns and refund policy.

Returns

Please contact us before checkout, if you feel unsure about the fabric, styling or sizing of our garments.

In the unlikely event of your garment arriving faulty or damaged, we will schedule a return and replacement within ten working days.

Refunds

Should we not be able to offer you suitable replacement items for your returned garments, we will refund your purchase at 100% of your costs, excluding delivery.

Returns for refunds should be communicated with us within two days of receiving and inspecting your items.

Branded Garments

Branded items (embroidered or printed with your company details) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Please ensure that designs for branding are double-checked, as approval of the designs confirmed with you will be deemed final and accepted.
